Making a Real Difference Through Our Jobs Club
Every Wednesday at the Pythian Club Hub, our Jobs Club delivered in partnership with Futures Advice is supporting young people and adults to overcome barriers into employment, education, training, and apprenticeships.
The feedback and results so far have been phenomenal. We’re seeing growing confidence, improved skills, and real hope for people who have been locked out of opportunities due to the ongoing skills and experience gap.
As our work continues to grow, so does the demand. This is about more than just jobs it’s about shaping the wider employment and education landscape across Nottingham and creating pathways that genuinely work for our communities.
We’re proud to be working closely with Futures Advice and DWP, including Sarah Bent and Sarah Cox, to ensure joined-up support and real outcomes.
