The Project Overview
The Pythian Club Bike Project & Shop
Building on the success of our community bike project—where we’ve already distributed over 450 donated bikes to those in need—we’re excited to launch the Pythian Club Bike Shop! Our mission is to make cycling accessible for everyone, whether you need a bike for work, health, transport, or have been affected by bike theft.
At our shop, based at Heathfield Community Centre, we offer:
Bike Repairs: Affordable, professional repairs to keep you moving.
Bike Resales: Find new or rare bikes, with all profits reinvested into The Pythian Club’s citywide projects.
Workshops & Education: Learn essential bike maintenance and cycling skills through our hands-on sessions and educational materials.
Bike Donations: Donate your bike—whether it’s ready to ride, fit for parts, or scrap. All donations must be accompanied by our donation form.
Every service and sale helps us continue supporting the community. For repairs, resales, or to donate a bike, visit us at Heathfield Community Centre. Let’s keep Nottingham moving—one bike at a time!

Scrap/Parts
Have an old bike that’s beyond repair or spare parts gathering dust? We gratefully accept bikes and parts for scrap! Your donation helps us recycle usable components, reduce waste, and support our repair workshops.
What we accept: Frames, wheels, handlebars, seats, chains, and any bike parts—even if the bike isn’t rideable.
How it helps: Salvaged parts are used to repair other bikes, teach maintenance skills, or are responsibly recycled.
How to donate: Please complete our donation form before bringing your items to Heathfield Community Centre.
Every part counts—help us keep bikes on the road and support the community!
