“Beeston, We are here”

“A Great afternoon for The Pythian Club, carrying out community outreach in Beeston, speaking with local businesses and continuing to build positive links within the area. It’s always great to connect with businesses that are supportive of the work we do in the community and that help us create more opportunities for young people.

During the outreach, we visited a number of local shops, including W.BOYES & CO.LIMITED, B&M Retail, Greggs, Co-op, Tesco and other businesses around the town centre. These visits are an important part of building relationships and letting the community know about the work we are doing to support young people and families.


A big thank you as well to Graeme from The Arc Cinema for kindly supporting us with cinema tickets, which will be a great opportunity and experience for some of the young people we work with. Gestures like this really do make a difference and help create positive experiences.


Also, a thank you to NET Nottingham Trams for helping with travel across the city, making it easier for us to continue reaching different communities and delivering outreach work where it’s needed.
